The Services are subject to these Terms and are not intended for use in jurisdictions where such use would violate applicable laws.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including any industry-specific regulations relevant to your use.
Any suggestions or feedback you provide are voluntary. Knowlee may use such feedback without obligation or compensation to you.
Use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.
We may integrate with third-party content or services. We are not responsible for their accuracy, legality, or appropriateness. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Knowlee disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use the Services at your own risk.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Knowlee harmless from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
All intellectual property rights remain with Knowlee or its licensors. Nothing herein transfers such rights to you, except the limited licenses granted by these Terms.
These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, federal arbitration law, and the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws provisions.
Except as otherwise set forth in this section, the exclusive jurisdiction for disputes not subject to arbitration shall be the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Disputes related to intellectual property shall be resolved through binding arbitration per the rules of a recognized arbitration association. Both parties waive the right to jury trial or class action.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time. We are not liable for downtime or interruptions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, subject to the Dispute Resolution section above.
If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible. These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
